Directions

• When you get to the Kuranda lights from Cairns turn right onto the Myola Road (approx. 15 km)
• DO NOT TURN OFF TO THE PET RESORT we are another six minutes’ drive down the road.
• The road becomes Oak Forest Road and eventually wraps itself around a farm to the right, where it becomes dirt road.
• Go over the railway line which is only used for the Savannahlander tourist train, then over the Barron River Bridge.
• After about 700 metres you will get to a T-Intersection.
• Turn left onto Armstrong Road (over a cattle grid) and we are exactly 1 kilometre on the left.
• There is signage all the way to guide you.
• There is also a large sign for K9 River Retreat beside our gate.
• Please close the gate behind you as cattle and horses roam the property.
